Luxury home on Maui named one of the top 10 homes for sale in the U.S.

A luxury home on Maui with an asking price of $20.88 million has been chosen as one of the “Top 10 Homes For Sale in the U.S.” in Ocean Home Magazine’s August/September 2013 issue.

Designed by Hawaiian master architect Jeffrey Long and with interiors by Kimberly Howard, both of Long & Associates Architects and Interiors, this home is one of just four snugged into the exclusive gated Kapalua Resort

The home, 3 Kapalua Place, is a luxury residence located in the Kapalua Resort that’s being marketed by Pat Choi of Choi International Realty.
It is only one of four custom residential oceanfront properties in Kapalua and was designed by Jeffrey Long of Long & Associates Architects, with interiors by Kimberly Howard, also of Long & Associates, the Honolulu-based firm said Tuesday.
Ocean Home Magazine said that each of the top 10 residences shares a single characteristic: views of the water that are far beyond spectacular.
